Terms of service

Creator Customs (“we”) runs this website, where you can order custom ASMR videos from independent creators. The creator whose storefront you order from makes your video. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Ordering and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you submit your order.
• After you submit, your order page shows how to pay the creator directly through their payment link (for example Wise or PayPal). Include your order reference so the payment can be matched.
• Work starts once the creator confirms your payment.

What the creator will and won't make

Creators make ASMR content within their own style and limits, and may decline any request. Requests are always declined if they ask for:

• sexual or sexually suggestive content;
• anything involving, depicting or aimed at minors;
• harassment, hate, or content targeting a real person;
• impersonating someone, or anything unlawful.

If your request is declined, you get a full refund.

Delivery

• Each creator shows their typical delivery time on their storefront. It counts from when your payment is confirmed.
• Rush delivery, where offered, means within 24 hours of payment being confirmed.
• Your video appears on your order page as a download link to the creator's file-sharing service (for example Google Drive or Dropbox). Download and keep your own copy, since the shared file may be removed later. If a link stops working, contact us.

Using your video

Your video is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't re-upload, share publicly, or sell it. The creator keeps the copyright and may not publish your custom without your permission.

Refunds & revisions

• Declined orders: full refund.
• Late orders: if your video hasn't arrived within 7 days of your payment being confirmed, you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.
• Late rush orders: if a rush order arrives after 24 hours, the rush fee is refunded.
• Missing something you ordered: if your video leaves out something you selected (for example a trigger or add-on), the creator fixes it free of charge.
• Changes after delivery: revisions beyond your original order aren't included. The creator can quote a fee for them before starting. There are no refunds for change of mind once a video is delivered.

To ask for a refund or a fix, email ivana.hropic@hotmail.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 5 business days.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these policies limits those rights.

Privacy

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your order details: triggers, notes, any reference link, and your payment reference.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop spam and automated orders.

We never see your card or bank details. Payments go through the creator's own payment provider (for example Wise or PayPal).

Why we use it

To make and deliver your video, contact you about your order, keep records we're required to keep, and protect the site from abuse. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The creator making your video, and the services that run this site: Supabase (database, hosted in Sydney, Australia), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (order emails), and Cloudflare and Upstash (spam protection). Some of these services process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies are the ones that keep creators signed in to their dashboard.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as we need them for your order and our records. We don't store your video: it stays on the creator's file-sharing service, and we keep only the link. Ask us any time to delete your details (or ask the creator to remove your video), and we will unless the law requires us to keep them.
